The Battery is a Terran Utility Unit and can be built by the Command Center. It can be charged by the Generator, and some other sources, and provides a way to transport energy from your Generator to your buildings and troops. Together with the Advanced Battery, they are the only units capable of charging military units and structures such as the Tech Lab.
